Introduction
This session offers a supportive environment for children with additional needs to improve gross motor skills, balance, and coordination through aerial fitness activities.

Activities
1. Aerial Fitness
Silk Hammocks: Gentle swinging for body awareness
Trapeze Bar: Assisted hanging and swinging
Aerial Hoop: Assisted hanging and swinging
2. Trampoline Time
Basic Bounces: Controlled, soft landings
Jump Patterns: Alternating feet or spinning
3. Soft Area Play
Balance beam - soft, wide beam
Obstacle course - encourage jumping or skipping
Exercise ball- rolling, bouncing
Sensory Stimulation
Visual: Colourful lights
Auditory: Calming music
Safety and Support
Soft Flooring: Mats for safety
Trained Staff: Available for support
This session is a fun, enriching experience for children to explore their physical abilities safely.
